Die Landschaft ist einfach wunderschön. Man ist mitten in der Natur und hört auch nichts anderes. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Gerhard ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und ein großzügiger Gastgeber. Wer es gerne sehr zurückgezogen mag, sollte dorthin.

Een unieke ervaring. Beetje back to the basics. Maar zo rustgevend en ontspannend. Zalig. Gerhard is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het enige minpunt was de ellendige verschrikkelijke grindweg die we telkens moesten doen van en aar ons verblijf. 20 minuten van en 20 minuten terug op een slecht pad. Gelukkig hebben we een 4maal4 was anders probleem geweest. Gelukkig konden we telkens ontsnappen genietend van het prachtige zicht van ons terras

Grazie infinite per l’accoglienza e i consigli che ci avete dato! Ci siamo trovati benissimo, immersi nella natura, nella quiete e nel meraviglioso glicine che ci circondava durante la colazione! La stanza e il bagno erano molto puliti e profumati! Torneremo sicuramente, a presto, Cristina e Mattia.

Posto carino ed accogliente, Natascha e la mamma sono due ottime padrone di casa. Abbiamo passato un ottima settimana di vacanza.

We had a truly wonderful stay in Umbria! The location is absolutely perfect – completely secluded for peace and quiet, yet within an hour's drive from beautiful towns like Assisi, Spello, and Perugia. It’s an ideal spot for anyone looking to disconnect from the hustle and recharge in nature. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, clean, and very comfortable. It's also a great base for cycling, whether you prefer mountain biking or gravel riding – plenty of scenic routes right from the doorstep. Gerhard was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and it meant a lot to us that he warmly received our two dogs as well. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in the heart of Umbria!

Unique and beautiful setting. Simple but clean and comfortable bed. Great to have access to the kitchen and breakfast was a lovely surprise. The building and the gardens are the show stoppers. An absolute must if you are in this area.

Marco and Karen were wonderful hosts providing privacy and recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Beautiful property with stunning views and even puppy dog Molly was a sweet girl. Last minute check in. Honestly the nicest , most homey and serene place we have stayed in Italy . We got to experience relaxation, delicious food from the garden, relaxation room, abundance of nature and wonderful hosts. If you want to rejuvenate this is the place. Such a pleasure .
