The village overlooks Marina di Campo and is just minutes away from the main and most beautiful beaches of Elba (Marina di Campo, Cavoli and Fetovaia). It is the ideal starting point for excursions, walks and workouts in the trails of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park (trekking, mountain biking, running). The place is quiet and enjoys pleasant breezes.

La Casa al Mare, in Cavo d'Elba

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability

A 90sqm large apartment at ground floor of an isolated house surrounded by greenery with a large garden overlooking sea, barbecue, solar shower and covered parking, air conditioning. Located in a very quiet place, next to a nice and never too crowded pebble beach. Available for free: bicycles, sun loungers and umbrella to take to the beach and on the garden, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer. We also have an Airbnb listing for our 70sqm apartment next door!

Cosy little flat with all comforts

Nice flat at the first floor in a house of 4 flats. Living room with kitchen-corner and a Sofa-double-bed, room with double-bed, bathroom with shower and a balcony. Equipped with washing machine, air conditioning and a fast Wifi connection. Beach and tourist center at walking distance. There are a lot of shops and services nearby. San Vincenzo and the surrounding area offer multiple possibilities for recreation, gastronomy, landscape and culture.

Casa Oliva - large apartment

Casa Oliva was born in the summer of 2021 from the renovation of the apartment on the first floor of a large family house - mine! - which was divided into 2. This is the largest apartment and consists of a kitchen and two bedrooms each with its own bathroom. It is located in a privileged position: just outside the bustle of the worldly Marina di Campo, surrounded by greenery but a 5-minute walk from the sea and the center.
