Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

A courtyard in front and a garden in the back to enjoy the sun. Quiet neighborhood and close to shops, convenient for people traveling or on weekends. Pets not allowed.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for all. Located in the heart of the countryside and 200 meters from the beach on the banks of the Seine and a bike lane, the house has a large living room of 37 m2 with open kitchen and central island. Fully equipped and furnished with its three beautiful bedrooms, including one on the ground floor with views of a private outdoor area, enclosed and not overlooked, you can have a pleasant stay in peace and independence.

Studio in City Center

Nogent sur Seine is a town in the Aube (10) located 20 km from Provins and 100 km from Paris. The studio is located in our small garden of 150m2. It has its own terrace that ensures a calm and tranquil atmosphere. The geographical location is ideal for discovering the Camille Claudel museum, but also for working at the CNPE. A very quiet little rider King Charles lives in our house. At 100m you can park in the parking lot of the church.
