Single floor residence has heated pool and wide water views, high ceilings and french doors leading to a covered lanai and screened in pool area. 5 bicycles for your use. Master Bedroom has new bedset and Westin Hotel Heavenly Bed Mattress for a very comfortable night sleep. The beach entrance at Tigertail beach a short walk away. If you want to enjoy late morning through evening sun, the pool has to be facing south or west, like the pool here.

The house is located 1 block behind the JW Marriott Hotel which is the central location for the beach on Marco Island. A 5 minute walk you will be in the lobby of the hotel, a 10 minute walk you will be at the public beach entrance.
