Comfortable Independent Studio House

Keep it simple at this peaceful place just a stone's throw from the National Rugby Center. Independent accommodation refurbished in 2022 in the garden of my house. In a very quiet residential area, 10 minutes' walk to shops and the city center. Bus stop to Orsay (RER B) and Massy (RER B and C, TGV station) within walking distance Close to major highways (N 20, N 104, A 6, A 10). Paris is 25 km away, Versailles is 30 km away and Fontainebleau is 50 km away.

Independent duplex with 2 parking spaces and private garden

The accommodation consists of a ground floor and an upper floor (staircase not suitable for people with physical difficulties). It is located in an independent building with a private garden, as well as 2 parking spaces: be careful with large vehicles – max length = for Master, Trafic and equivalent. You must have a vehicle to get there, or plan a taxi, if you plan to come by RER (Chevreuse or Orsay). Sheets and towels are provided. No pets allowed.

The accommodation is a 15-minute walk from Villebon/Palaiseau train station (RER B) and a bus stop near the accommodation leading to the train station in 5 minutes. The A10, A6 and N118 highways are a 10/15-minute drive away. The accommodation is fully equipped and the decoration has been chosen to feel good there.
