It was with great pleasure that we renovated this house while keeping its soul. Everything is designed to make sure that you do not miss anything. Located in a village of 1200 inhabitants, 10 km from Langres and 1 km from the LANGRES-NORD motorway exit, junction of the A5 and A31 motorways. In the center of the village, you will have access to essential shops: Bakery, pharmacy, supermarket (open every day), doctor, nurses, garages, bar-restaurant, food truck. No parking worries.

This former bakery and its vaulted cellar, which in its time served as a workshop for the craftsman, now welcomes you in a luxurious loft refurbished for a stay in the wine and gastronomic capital of Burgundy. Its central location in the city, close to restaurants, monuments and public transport is dedicated to rest and relaxation.

The La Charme gîte is located in Sacquenay in the heart of the Bourgogne Franche Comté region. I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. To create a true wellness experience, a spa is available on the terrace as well as a home cinema in the living room. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.

Welcome to this small country house for 4 people + baby (baby cot) located 12 minutes from the toll and 15 minutes from Langres with its ramparts and 4 lakes. Beds are ready and towels are provided. Possibility of breakfast for €5/person with milk, coffee, Ricorée, tea, herbal teas, chocolate, rusks, sliced bread, butter, homemade jam, fruit juice, compote, chocolate cereals, oatmeal.
