Small 40 m² house located 10 minutes from the beaches in the small village of St Just Luzac close to all amenities. The house is comfortable with a bedroom with a 160 bed and in the living room a 140 sofa bed. Equipped kitchenette (Senseo, Kettle, Oven...) Your car will be parked in our parking lot, closed by a sliding gate in front of the accommodation. The accommodation is independent and is located at the other end of our property, it is fully fenced for comfort and total privacy.

The beach and the calm.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The accommodation is in an old Charentaise farmhouse. The place is peaceful and close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, 5 minutes by car or bike. Marennes beach is a 10-minute walk away. Oléron is 10 minutes' drive, the Royan coast 25 minutes. Located close to the marshes and the beach which is 1 km away. Bike lanes are on the edge of the property 300 m from the accommodation.
