Enjoy the banks of Sarthe, discover the Alpes Mancelles, atypical villages, castles, lakes and forests. Our fully equipped house is happy to accommodate business travelers. Shops nearby (2 km). On the grounds: small pond surrounded by a fence, remaining under adult supervision.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. P'tit Loft at the Farm 25 minutes from Le Mans

All inclusive and in a real dairy farm, independent accommodation, with kitchen, small bathroom/WC and independent entrance, for your business trips, a family event or on the Bugatti/24H circuit, or just to stop over during a long journey. It is located in the center of Beaumont-sur-Sarthe, on a very quiet street, 18 minutes' walk from Vivoin train station, 30 minutes from Le Mans and its legendary 24-hour circuit and 25 minutes from Alençon. It has everything you need to live comfortably and a small private courtyard.
