Entièrement rénové notre gîte peut accueillir 4 ou 6 personnes, il comprend : 1 pièce de vie cuisine ouverte, salon avec canapé convertible, salle à manger avec billard, 1 salle d’eau douche à l’italienne et wc séparés, 2 chambres avec lits 140X190 et dressing. Une terrasse avec store banne, salon de jardin, barbecue, bains de soleil et cabanon avec toilettes et douche. Un jardin avec piscine (couverte et chauffée de mi avril à fin septembre), balançoire, table ping-pong et terrain de boules.

The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Enjoy this fabulous 280 m2, comfortable, tastefully decorated place with the whole family. You will be dazzled by the diversity of the garden, the flowers, the fruits, the birdsong... Shops, doctors, theater, cathedral, restaurants... all just a stone's throw away, and yet it's the silence that will surprise you. The pool area and its deckchairs at the bottom of the garden and for the more athletic and brave… punching ball, darts, basketball hoop and ping pong table are at your disposal.

Mareuil-sur-Lay, a small Vendée town crossed by its rivers, between nature and sea. Beach 30 min, Puy du Fou 45 min, La Rochelle 45 min, hiking nearby... You will stay in the oldest town house in Mareuil, dating from 1617... renovated in 2010, and redesigned by me in a workshop spirit You are in the town center with all amenities within walking distance Gîte run by an "upcycling" designer, the interior decoration changes according to my creations and possibility to visit the workshop.
