My accommodation is 300 m from the beach and the village on foot. Cozy and pleasant, a real haven of peace. It has its particular entrance through the garage. It is located on the ground floor of the villa (pool level). It is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will enjoy the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port and shops. You will love my accommodation for its location, comfort and calmness, with the sound of the sea too!

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Come and visit the Poitevin marsh and the beaches of the coast with this vacation studio located in the heart of a typical village of the Poitevin marsh, 10 minutes from Marans, 20 minutes from La Rochelle with its ports, aquarium, beaches... It consists of 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom (about 75 m²). Large garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Child-safe swimming pool (8 x 4 m), shared with the owners. It is reserved exclusively for hosted tenants. (the pool is open as soon as the temperature and weather conditions permit).

Located 35 minutes from Puy du Fou Cap at the p'tit pont welcomes you in a quiet and green environment. A part of the independently accessible longhouse is entirely dedicated to you. A friendly space with a bistro vibe where you can entertain yourself with leisure games as well as relax in the veranda with unlimited access to the spas for yourself . Private pool 4x2 open on May 1 solar heating, so we cannot guarantee an exact temperature.
