There is a large garden and a pond, both of which are somewhat wild. A second cottage, sometimes horses and cats. 18 km from the beaches. 8 km from Luçon and shops. 36 km from La Roche-sur-Yon. 55 km from La Rochelle. 100 km from Nantes. 18 km from the nearest beaches.
