The breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower and Sacré-Cœur is simply magical, making every morning and evening an unforgettable experience. The apartment itself is a small gem: modern and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The fitted kitchen is perfectly equipped and the living room invites you to linger. This place is the ideal base for enjoying Paris to the fullest. You dive right into the vibrant Parisian life and at the same time have a quiet and stylish retreat. We highly recommend this studio and would stay again anytime! A real highlight of our Paris trip!

Let's start with Claire who is an empathetic and super welcoming person: keep in mind that she offers her usual home by giving a lot of trust to those who will take care of it, and therefore to be respected with care and attention knowing that there are her things inside. The apartment is in a very convenient location for: - Public transport: several Subways in the area of which one under the house - Amenities: very nice niche supermarkets and groceries - Dining: any type of cuisine and also price always of good quality - Environment: The neighborhood is very quiet and well frequented, as well as alive, but without confusion A great choice.

Jean-Michel was a wonderful and responsive host. We loved the apartment, the energy of the neighborhood, and how easy it was to get wherever we wanted to be. It was everything we needed for a perfect long weekend in Paris!

Gerard was hospitable and available. The ideal location of the apartment (close to the metro and bus) to reach other areas and the center of Paris, a quiet and safe area. Highly recommended

We had a lovely time in Baye. Louis responded immediately, gladly showed us around, received us with a homemade glass of ratafia and offered to create the fireplace for us daily. The large amount of towels was also very pleasant, as was the flexible departure time. The Baye area is beautiful and quiet, so do good shopping in Sézanne or Epernay. We'd love to come back to explore Champagne further!

oana is a great host! the house was clean, well equipped. we stayed there to see family we were able to receive. The pétanque court was a great plus that allowed us to enjoy good times with our family. with two small children, we found all the comforts we needed. oana is very welcoming and responsive if needed. I can only recommend it.! We'll come back to that.
