Completely new studio created in a former carpenter's workshop at the bottom of a quiet and relaxing cul-de-sac overlooking the vegetable gardens. The studio is composed of an entrance on the ground floor and the accommodation on the 1st floor. It is fully equipped. You will find basic food as well as bicycles allowing you to access the surrounding area The studio is 5 minutes by bike from the lake, 7 minutes walk from a supermarket and the village centre ski resorts just 30 minutes away

Fully equipped apartment, on the ground floor of our house. You have private and secure parking space. We are 20 minutes from the port and beach of Sciez à Pied or 3min by car ( 1.3 km ) 30 minutes from ski resorts and 30 minutes from the centre of Geneva. Info: Non-autonomous check-in, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Check-out is self-contained, 11am maximum. The property must be returned as clean as you got it on arrival. Bath towels not provided. Single-story 50 m2 accommodation for 1–4 people, with private unfenced garden, located in Filly, (Sciez Haute-Savoie), in the heart of Chablais, close to Lake Geneva and the Alps, in a Provençal farmhouse-style house. Warning: electric car charging not possible. We provide bed linens and towels. We kindly ask guests who come in pairs to let us know if they need two beds. Without specification we will prepare the double bed in the bedroom.
