This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Undisturbed, you can use the spacious outdoor facilities of 3000 m² (where you will find a panoramic sauna, a hot tub and a swimming pond) for the duration of your stay alone. Our chalet is equipped with a rustic living room with a fireplace, a spacious corner bench and a cozy sofa. A modern kitchen. Also on the first floor is a bedroom with shower and toilet. An infrared cabin and steam shower complete your wellness pleasure.

Our house is located on the sunny mountain of Leogang. The ski lifts are only 100 meters from the apartment. In front of the house is your car parking space. The apartment is reached via an external staircase (slope!). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 crib is also possible). There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment. The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.

The apartment is located only about 1.5 km from the center of Maria Alm and the entrance to the Hochkönig ski resort and is also easily accessible by bus. The countless destinations in the region will make your vacation a real experience.

In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
