Located just a few minute walk to the first slope that will take you on the famous 35km Königtour with its 6 peaks and 120 km of slopes. Ski bus stop is located 50 m from the house. Only 3 appartments in the house.

Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Das zu 100% aus Holz gebaute Haus bietet jeglichen Luxus trotz minimalistischen Platzangebot. Das Haus besticht mit einer guten Lage im Top Ski- und Wandergebiet St. Johann im Pongau/Alpendorf. Durch das knistern des Holzofens und die Verarbeitung von Altholz wird ein Almfeeling geboten.

The apartment is located only about 1.5 km from the center of Maria Alm and the entrance to the Hochkönig ski resort and is also easily accessible by bus. The countless destinations in the region will make your vacation a real experience.
