Cozy place. Located on the upper portion of a mountain with an inspiring view. Annex of my house, totally independent, including the Hydro and swimming pool. It has 2 suites, an American gourmet kitchen, a living room with SKY TV, Wi-Fi with Starlink (High speed) and electric heaters in the rooms. Located at 1800 mts of altitude, Casa Kallipá faces a sea of mountains that changes in color throughout the day depending on the light it receives, turning all this into an unparalleled view. The house has two suites with super-equipped bathrooms and a deck with a fire wheel, table for 15 people, ombrelone and plenty of charm. The façade fully covered with stones, receives the heat of the sun during the day, and at night the house is warm and pleasant.
