We felt very comfortable in Franz's place. Franz is very helpful and communication was always quite quick and easy. The apartment is a bit spartan in terms of kitchen utensils, but everything is very clean and everything important is available. The house is beautifully located in the village surrounded by a nice mountain panorama, close to a mountain stream. The garden can also be used and is beautifully maintained. Please note that in the apartment the bedroom on the second floor can be reached via an open spiral staircase. This means that there is no door between the kitchen and the bedroom - which was not a problem for us. We would definitely recommend this place!

Really nice apartment that looked like the pictures. Claudia even booked us in the apartment with a terrace although we booked the other one which was a great surprise for us and our dog! Very welcoming and nice to visit especially with a dog. Beautiful landscape outside of the apartment. all in all nothing negative to say about this stunning apartment and the really welcoming host!

Beautiful chalet in the middle of the mountains. Perfect for a wellness trip. The chalet is very clean, large and cozy. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable!

We stayed here for around 2 months over the winter season, using the apartment as a base to travel around Austria. The apartment is perfect for a couple, with plenty of space for 2 and a well finished kitchen. The apartment is also bigger than it looks in the photos, which is an added bonus. The apartment has a beautiful view over the valley, and is close to a bus stop which can take you all the way down the valley from Hopfgarten to Kitzbühel, or back to Wörgl station, which is very well connected, letting you travel throughout the Tirol region easily. Birgit was very friendly and helpful, always willing to be flexible with us, and made us feel right at home! She helped us sort out any issues we had and helped us to settle in the local area. We would definitely come back!
