Luxury 85 m2 Residence Marienplatz

85m2 specious 2 bedroom (luxury king size beds) place has a modern Kitchen from Bulthaupt, Luxury Italien furniture, leather sofa and Lapms from Roche Bobois (French interior design). The apartment is newly renovated with the most expensive materials from Italy. This residence is very close to Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt and Maximilian street. Isar River is only on block away. All the best and trendy restaurants are in this part of the city. It’s very expensive and prestigious part of Munich.

Chic studio in the center (French Quarter)

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.
