In the Märkische Schweiz Nature Park, in the pretty village of Waldsieversdorf, our 50 m2 wooden cabin stands on a separate plot with its own garden. It is idyllically situated on the edge of the forest in the Stöbbertal. The wooden cabin is fully insulated, so you can live here comfortably even in winter. There is a 7 kW fireplace that will give you pleasant and long-lasting warmth with a few logs of wood. There is also an electric radiator in the bathroom. There is a comfortable, large box-spring bed in the bedroom.

Surrounded by forest, lake and field landscape, this Dreiseitenhof near the Martian Ice Age road has recently been extensively renovated. The farmhouse has a secluded location and is accessible via avenue. On the grounds, the Feldstein walls of an old stable have been preserved as a picturesque ruin. 2 swimming lakes are within walking distance. You can swim in the Reichenower Lake (3km) or in the Grosser Thornowsee. If you don't have a car, you can get there by bus or bicycle (18km) from Straussberg Nord station. Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

Nach einem Spaziergang durch die waldreiche Umgebung lädt der Kamin zum Aufwärmen und Entspannen ein. Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

The flat is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. The Birkenhof includes several acres of land with meadows, fruit and vegetable gardens and our small birch grove, which gave the farm its name. The farmhouse is ideal for families or small groups.
