Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

120 sqm2 penthouse/attic apartment + sauna + fireplace

This wonderful new 120 m² attic/penthouse flat with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighbourhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The flat is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

We love contrasts - In Schloss Lanke, we rent a spacious 100 sqm loft in the attic. A castle loft. French Neo-Renaissance on the outside, subtle minimalism on the inside. Urban living comfort meets the lush nature of the Barnim Nature Park. Both together create the perfect setting for rest, relaxation and deceleration. In addition to vacation rentals, Schloss Lanke also houses the owners' apartments as well as office space on the first floor. We respect our privacy.

Two-Bedroom Apartment with Free Pool Access

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Central Flat, 2 Bedrooms+2 Bathrooms, Full Kitchen

Our apt (90sqm / 1.000sqft) is in a 1893 historical building with 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 triple), 2 bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchen and living room. Centrally located in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin's most beautiful area, in a quiet street with nice restaurants, cafés and lots of green! Netflix is available on both TVs, as well as a fast internet connection (250Mb/s), washing machine and Nespresso machine with capsules selection.

The small farm

A hideaway in the countryside! A small but nice construction trailer on the small farm, in the middle of the Uckermark. The trailer is located on a farm in a village location on a 1.3-hectare property. Lake Ucker is about 500 m away as the crow flies (road longer!) Prenzlau is just under 2 km away. In the main house, there is a small guest kitchen and a private shower room. Perfect to escape the stress of the city!

The Birkenhof Uckermark - farmhouse with sauna

“Less is more” – This is one of the golden rules for good design, which guided us in the restoration of our farm in the Uckermark. The Birkenhof includes several acres of land with meadows, fruit and vegetable gardens and our small birch grove, which gave the farm its name. The farmhouse is ideal for families or small groups. The farmhouse can also be rented together with the stable building and laundry.

BasseO 250 meters to the lake

We rent our nice little cottage 27 m², 2 min walk from Wandlitzsee to the beach 3 min to Surfing club about 5 min, 500 m from Wandlitzsee train station. Bakeries, shops or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop outside the door, Berlin nearby, other lakes in the vicinity Wi-Fi is not available everywhere. The beautiful apartment in the main house of Villa Herzfeld is looking forward to welcoming you as our guests. The 100-year-old villa has many stories to tell and has since been renovated and modernly equipped. A cozy, quiet apartment with private access awaits you. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. Parking is reserved on the premises.

The new vacation home is located just 200 meters from Lake Röblin. The immediate surroundings with several lakes and forests invite you to cycle, hike, swim or simply relax. The house is ideally suited for up to 4 people with 2 floors and 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 1.60 m each). The house has a small (partly wild) garden with terrace and a balcony with lake view.
