The interior is still in its original condition, exposed stone, old walls, still some flaws but very pleasant in summer. Some beams are quite low so watch your head! You will be quiet without close neighbors and you will be able to discover this beautiful region.

House renovated in 2024, in the heart of Champigné, less than 100 m from the shops. It offers 4 single rooms, 3 of which are equipped with a 120x190cm bed, and the last room has a 140x190cm bed. All rooms have a washbasin, a television and a dressing room, and are suitable for both families and business travellers. Living room with a work space (fibre optic, dual screen), a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy dining room with a pellet stove. Comfort, autonomy, and great location.
