Monthly Rentals in Marigny, New Orleans

We had a great stay at Thomas’s place this weekend! The apartment was spacious and cozy with everything we needed for a wonderful stay in NOLA. The location is in a great spot to walk to Frenchman Street and the FQ and close to bars and restaurants in the Bywater and Marigny neighborhood. We would love to stay at Thomas’s place in our next visit!

Very close to the venue where my daughter got married. Host was extremely responsive and quite accommodating. The only negative I have has nothing to do with the host. We spent a Friday night there and there was EXTREMELY loud music coming from the co-op across the street. I thought a band was in the parking lot tbh but it was a dj inside the building. If you plan to be there through the weekend I highly recommend bringing ear plugs and a sound machine. I had both but was still able to hear and feel the music. Love the fact that it was so close to the St. Roch Market - we ate there twice during our stay.

It was such a treat viewing all the art, collections and curated books in the apartment. Nice being within walking distance to the FQ, but in a separate, artsy neighborhood. Walked to Morrow’s and St. Roche market and they were both excellent. We’ll be back!

Absolutely loved staying here! The area is very quaint and quiet. We felt safe walking to multiple restaurants (The red slipper cafe was amazing!) They have a book full of information about the area and had great recommendations. The apartment itself is so fun to stay in and the art is even better in person. I highly recommend staying here!
