Αυτός ο κομψός χώρος διαμονής είναι ιδανικός για όσους θέλουν να εξερευνήσουν την περιοχή της Λίμνης ΚΕΡΚΙΝΗΣ και να επισκεφθούν τα λουτρά . Στην είσοδο του οικήματος μπορούμε να βρούμε φωτογραφικό υλικό με την χλωρίδα ,την πανίδα και την ιστορία της περιοχής .

Το συγκρότημα «Pablo Boutique Rooms» στο Νέο Πετρίτσι, διαθέτει ένα μεγάλο και ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα, για οικογένειες και παρέες, και ένα μικρό πανέμορφο studio. Το διαμέρισμα, με μεγάλο μπαλκόνι και απέραντη θέα στην σερραϊκή ενδοχώρα, διαθέτει δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες. Η μία με διπλό κρεββάτι και η άλλη με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και δύο μονά κρεββάτια.
