The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

The Solaria Residence complex sits right on top of the mountain, just a 10 minute walk from the nearest cable facilities to ski. In the summer, the location is great for enjoying the peaceful mountain or going trekking/mountain biking to the lakes.
