In the picturesque Sicilian countryside, only 5 kilometres from the famous town of Cefalú and a few minutes from the beach of Capo Plaja, we offer a newly built holiday home for 4 people. The house is divided into two independent flats, with private entrance into the bright living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and room with 2 single beds. Each room has air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, there is a swimming pool and large outdoor area for relaxing or having a barbecue.

Ideal place for a romantic couple or a family loving nature and searching tranquility. Two bedrooms with big windows and fan ceilings opened to the garden area and a luminous living room boosting wooden ceilings and mosaics floors. A kitchen corner surrounded by windows where to cook admiring the transparent sea. A garden to relax in a hamac and a fully equipped barbecue.

Casa della Zia – just 2 steps from the sea

Casa della Zia is an apartment with 6 beds and two bedrooms, located just 100 meters from the beach. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. We are in the village of Caronia Marina, where shops, bars, restaurants, and the train station are only a few minutes from the accommodation, while the main beach is easily reachable on foot, just 200 meters from the apartment. The house has been recently renovated and is equipped with all modern comforts.

Small Farmhouse

A 16th century stone house, surrounded by greenery near the sea. The Piccolo Casale is a typical Sicilian baglio of the 16th/16th century consisting of a central courtyard surrounded by a succession of rooms which were partly used as an oil mill and warehouses and partly as a patronal house. The renovation that took place in the 90s left the structure and architecture of the Baglio intact, at the same time creating the essential comforts for the stay.

The Gabbiano accommodation is part of a house divided into three small adjoining apartments, each with its own independent entrance and private garden. The garden leads directly to the beach. The apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen where you can eat, a sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A means of transportation (car or scooter) is essential as the area is not served by public transportation.
