My house is located in Livorno, in the characteristic Antignano district, close to the center and a stone's throw from the beautiful coves of the Lungomare, perfect for a dip and sunbathing. Ideal base for discovering the treasures of our city and the famous Tuscan art cities. You can enjoy our sea and cuisine based on fresh fish. Coffee, tea, herbal teas, milk and cookies are offered. The quiet and picturesque neighborhood is a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride from the Center.

It is also possible to visit the marvelous medieval villages of Bolgheri at 12km (famous for its Sassicaia wine) and Massa Marittima, as well as the ancient Etruscan necropolis Populonia (at 25 km).

The apartment is part of a villa, inhabited by the owners, located in the Tuscan countryside between Castagneto Carduccci and Bolgheri, and is 10 minutes from the sea by car. The villa is surrounded by two thousand square meters of garden, partly formed by an olive grove and orchard: the environment is serene and relaxing surrounded by greenery. The family that lives in the neighboring house loves animals and has two dogs and two cats living in the garden.
