Holiday rentals with a patio in Marina di Mancaversa-Giannelli

Tiziana is charming, attentive and super friendly. We were delighted in the house, super quiet, with parking, it was spectacular.

Beautiful and neat apartment! Exactly as described and at a nice price! Chiara is nice and very very helpful if you have questions. There was also drinks in the fridge and some goodies for snacking, totally great! :)

Very clean accommodation, very quiet, but it should be noted that we had no neighbors above. The terrace overlooking the garden is lovely.

The apartment is beautiful and has a huge terrace with a table and loungers (great for eating out on sunny days). The neighborhood is very quiet and at a short distance you can find a little of everything: the supermarket is 30 meters away and just beyond there is a high quality pastry shop that Andrea recommends. In short, it was a beautiful experience for us and the day I return to Lecce I book here again.

Everything worked out great and we liked it. Due to the very fast and friendly communication before the stay, we were well prepared. Before arrival, a colleague took over the contact and we were received on site. Everything worked out great, we were shown the apartment and received more tips for the stay. For questions that arose during the time, we received an answer very quickly and Guiseppe was an excellent and super friendly contact person. Parking on site is not easy, but there is a large parking lot 2 minutes from the apartment, which we used. Alternatively, you can also book an underground parking space via Fiorenza. The apartment itself is not huge, but very new and well maintained with large bathroom and small balcony from which you can see some of the sea. Ideally located on the promenade, you have everything – shops, restaurants, beaches – at your doorstep.

We enjoyed our stay at Tonia's. The place is lovely, especially the large terrace with the great view. Some days we just stayed on the terrace because it was so beautiful. Tonia is super nice, very proactive and always very accessible. We felt completely comfortable, perfect vacation to relax :) Thank you, Tonia!

My husband & I were pleased with everything about this place. Beautiful,clean,comfortable & spacious. Straightforward entry. Great location. Once we parked our car in the free parking spot that comes with the apartment, we just walked to all the shops, restaurants & sights close by. Marco was very communicative & prompt to respond to any of our questions. We would definitely stay here again. Grazie Marco!

We stayed for 10 days. The apartment was very quiet and had everything you would need. The host was super helpful and friendly and gave lots of recommendations. Highly recommend this for a stay in this part of Italy.

Great apartment, very clean, comfortable, beautiful bathroom. 5 min to the beach. Very good air conditioning that automatically turns off when you open the door to the outside . Overall, I highly recommend it. The only note may be that I didn't know before check-in that there was only one window in one bedroom that overlooks the cage-that was a slight downside.

What a fantastic place so close to the beautiful town and beach and the terrace was perfect so quiet and private. Amazing shower and comfy bed, perfect! We ate out every night and all amazing. We parked at top of the hill on white spaces which are free. We’d love to come back!

Mimma and Simone’s bungalow was just perfect and the view to the sea wonderful. The little bungalow is very comfortable, clean and has everything you need for your stay. Mimma and Simone have thought of everything and are very responsive to questions. Would love to return.

Carlo is extremely communicative, friendly, helpful and responds very quickly to requests. His apartment is equipped with a lot of love for detail and the bed is very comfortable. A private small oasis is the patio, which is part of the apartment. The historic center of the city is easily accessible on foot. We definitely recommend this place, except for people with disabilities ( The stairs to the bedroom are a bit steep and can be a problem for some at night if you want to go to the bathroom)

Based on the pictures and the price, we already had high expectations. These expectations have been completely exceeded. It was really unprecedented, if you go to southern Italy, this is a MUST GO. So welcoming, such a nice tenuta, delicious breakfast every morning and attention was paid to everything, they really take an extra step to make you feel completely welcome and at home. We have been there our first 10 days of vacation to discover the south of Puglia. It is perfectly located for that, we have explored all the nice places in the area all less than an hour away. The only thing I regret is that we have booked this accommodation to start the holiday with, I am now writing this review from our second accommodation and it really falls into nothing compared to Tenuta San Trifone. I sincerely don't think you're going to find a better place to stay in the south of Puglia. Emanuele, Laura and the rest of the family, super thank you, it was great!

Very nice, comfortable and clean apartment. You have everything you need, and if you're missing something, Pasquale will bring it to you very quickly. Maybe you can hear and see from the deck. Pasquale speaks English, gives good recommendations. We recommend it wholeheartedly!

Oh wow - we absolutely loved staying at Sara’s place. I think it’s the best airbnb we’ve stayed at in many years. We stayed 6 nights and felt so at home. If only other airbnbs could be like this. Perfect in every way. Such attention to detail. We really hope to return.

We stayed 3 nights at Casa Giada. Large and securely fenced garden for our furry friend. The house reflects the photos, a clean and well-equipped kitchen, a spacious and comfortable bedroom. The bathroom, albeit small, was clean and tidy. In the closet we found sufficient and clean linens essential for our stay. Excellent air conditioning of the house that allowed us to see the high temperatures to rest well. Antonio was a helpful, friendly, and very kind host. We definitely recommend it and will be back.
