An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

Bright and charming apartment completely renovated, 50 meters from the sea! It was my personal care, as an architect, to renovate this apartment so that the guest can experience the true spirit of Marina di Pisa, taking care of the furnishings, and all the finishes. The apartment consists of entrance hall, living room with large terrace, kitchen, hallway, two bedrooms and bathroom. Possibility to park the car inside the condominium courtyard, without paying for parking on the street.

It has a large kitchen, a living room, 2 bathrooms and is equipped with 3 double bedrooms, which have been furnished with two double beds and two single beds. Depending on the needs of the guests, you can have 3 double beds. To these it is possible to add a bed in the living room (sofa bed), a camping bed and a Montessori bed (for children from 1 to 3 years).

Cozy apartment located on the 2nd floor in a quiet area a stone's throw from the pine forest and a few minutes from the sea. Free parking is available in front of the condominium. Ideal for 4-5 people. There is a double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed. Near the apartment are: bars, restaurants, a supermarket, the bus stop, the Port of Marina di Pisa, the "Il Pineto" Adventure Park and the bike path that allows you to reach the center of Pisa.
