Everything as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

Comfortable and convenient apartment for my parents as it has no stairs, is clean, tidy, and had everything. The warm welcome of Giacomo's parents made the stay start in the best way, they are fantastic people who take care of their guests in every way.

We stayed in Sofia's apartment on the occasion of the April 25 bridge. Easy and clear check-in operations, through precise instructions and flexible time as self check-in. The location is convenient both for walking side walk and beach, and for trips to the city center; once the car is parked and a parking lot is purchased, it is not necessary to use it until the end. The apartment is as shown in the photo/description. One point in your favor is the terrace on the top floor, very nice and panoramic.

Antignano is about 6 km from downtown Livorno, but the bus/train runs right nearby. We did not need a car to do all the sightseeing we wanted. The shops you need are very close, bakery, grocery, butcher, pharmacy. Very friendly shopkeepers as well! Giovanna and Fabio are fabulous people, and went way above and beyond our expectations with recommending sights to see, and even giving us a lift to and from the train station! We loved our 2 weeks at Casa dei Remi!

Great apartment. Very nicely renovated with a great roof terrace. You can feel very comfortable there. The parking in the village is very limited and you have to go up some stairs before you are in the apartment or by the car. That was not a problem for us, but should be taken into account.

We loved our stay at La Marina! The house was immaculate and exactly like the photos, extremely well equipped. The location couldn’t be better, so close to the beach and the pineta park, as well as tons of amenities. We also really enjoyed the garden, which was a lovely spot to have breakfast and dinner. Monica was a wonderful host - responsive, friendly and very knowledgeable. She catered to the fact there were 2 young children. We had a fantastic stay and I would absolutely recommend both Monica and her place!

Historical style decor wity modern bathroom and kitchen . very tight stairwell but functions well to get between the 3 levels. a great location near the marina ,Cafe, grocery and town square. such a beautiful town

Good communication between us and the host……some mechanical issues with the pool and window shades which couldn’t be resolved. Otherwise it was very nice.

We stayed 6 nights at Matteo. It was a great apartment for the two of us, with a very nice terrace. During the day we were on the beach or on the road in the area and in the late afternoon was relaxing,by the beautiful pool,trendy. In which you could also swim your laps. Again, thank you for having us as guests at Matteo.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. Close to the beach, everything was close by. We stayed here and visited Cinque Terre and Lucca. Would definitely recommend this lovely home.

We were very satisfied with the apartment. The host Claudia speaks German and even offered to pick us up from Viareggio train station, as we only arrived late in the evening. The location of the apartment is ideal, very quiet, a shopping store around the corner, the beach is about 20 minutes' walk. The apartment is large, clean, has plenty of sunlight and is nicely decorated and has all the necessary items. Everything worked perfectly and therefore there were no problems. We loved staying at this apartment and would love to stay here again. We highly recommend this property.

There were 4 of us at Roberta's place from August 1st to 5th. Bright, spacious and clean accommodation, with the outdoor space very useful for eating and relaxing on the hammock. Great location, within walking distance of the sea and the center. By car, you can reach Forte dei Marmi in about 15-20 minutes and Marina di Carrara in 10 minutes. Parking in the white zone in front of the house, never had much difficulty finding a spot. Roberta, very kind and helpful, is always available to assist with any requests. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

Everything is great! Particularly noteworthy: * Answers to questions via Airbnb chat typically came within minutes. * There were plenty of dishes and cutlery, so not as often, 4 plates, 3 cups and 2 wine glasses, but plenty of everything so that you could fill the dishwasher. * Absolutely quiet area in a neighborhood with very large grounds (partly undeveloped) and many pine trees, a short distance from the (free) beach.

Had a great stay at this Airbnb! The house is extremely clean and perfect for large families or groups. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Els, our host, was always available, extremely nice and friendly and definitely deserves 5 stars. We would book again without hesitation and can recommend this place to anyone looking for a high quality stay. Thank you for such a home away from home!

The accommodation is especially recommended for couples. There were restaurants nearby and right around the corner is a cafe. The path to the beach is not even one minute. Parking is also always nearby. Communication with Asia was always good. She's a very nice person. The place was exactly as described. There is a big, cozy bed with a(!) Mattress, which is important to us. In addition, some small things were prepared for eating and drinking, which is very easier, especially after the long trip, as you don't have to shop directly. All in all a great place to stay that we highly recommend.

Francesca is a very kind and attentive hostess. She personally welcomed us in the beautiful house right by the sea with breathtaking views. It has everything you need, even bikes are at your disposal. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place!
