Beachfront in Tirrenia, in the center. It combines the relaxation of the sea with proximity to the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany. Crossing the street, you'll reach the sea from Bagno Siria. Pisa and the airport are 15 minutes away by car and on the way is the Romanesque basilica of S. Piero a Grado. Livorno is a 15-minute drive. Siena, Lucca, Florence are day trip destinations. The Stella Maris Institute is a 5-minute drive. Ideal for families with children, but also for remote work, thanks to the fast Wi-Fi connection.

The beach is a 1 minute walk through the dunes by entering/exiting the private entrance. It's a perfect spot for a vacation to relax and have fun! Livorno is only a 15 minute drive away and around 20 minutes from Pisa airport.
