The apartment, ideal for two people, is perfect for couples looking for relaxation, comfort and tranquility, just a 5-minute walk from the sea and 200 meters from the historic center, where you can visit the suggestive Aragonese Castle, the museum and the archaeological excavations of the ancient Messapian city. The house by the sea

Charming house in the green of olive trees with large terraces overlooking the sea. It has private parking and access to the sea. Ideal for a vacation in Salento, where you can enjoy the sea and sun. Less than 1 km from the Acquaviva cove, jewel of the Marittima marina and the most interesting places in Salento such as Castro, Otranto and S.M.di Leuca. Access it via a private staircase and enjoy a separate entrance and reserved spaces. Outdoor shower with hot water, linen. Pets not allowed.

A charming little house is situated in the oldest bit of Marittima a pretty village set on a hill looking down towards the crystal clear waters of the Sea. Marittima consists of two bars a family run Trattoria and a small local shop for buying fresh groceries. The house is on two floors ,whitewashed with high vaulted ceilings and plenty of light,tastefully decorated in a minimalist style. Walking distance to the cove of Acquaviva and a minutes car drive down the unspoilt Salento coastline.

House also suitable for long stays, equipped with every comfort for remote work: Wi-Fi, workstation, fireplace, independent heating. With ancient charm and modern comfort, furnished with family furniture, in a secluded corner of the historic center. The rooms are spacious and have unique ceilings, called "starry," typical of ancient architecture. The internal stairs are steep. Not suitable for those with mobility difficulties and, due to its peculiarities, for groups of children.
