We offer a bright, very spacious, cozy and fully furnished attic apartment. The very large balcony (about 3 x 7 m) with a western orientation has a high leisure and recreational value, especially in the evening. Our house is idyllically located on the outskirts of a well-kept Lübbener suburb. Lübben as a gateway to the Ober- and Unterspreewald is an excellent starting point for excursions to both regions. The Gurken cycling path leads directly past the house. As hosts, we are at your disposal with tips.

Flat just outside of Berlin

Generous and light flat with own patio just outside of Berlin: 3km to Müggelsee, 21km to Alexanderplatz, 6km to Berliner Ring (dual carriageway into the city). If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.

Popular accommodation because of the tranquility and idyllic location in the Spreewald Biosphere Reserve, and because of attractive leisure activities such as paddle tours, boat trips, archery, bicycle & oldi tours. For couples, adventurers, business people and beloved four-legged friends, having your own car is an advantage

Brandenburg idyll with private lake access

The accommodation is located on the beautiful Lake Teupitz, which is suitable for swimming and all kinds of water sports. The house has been newly built and has all kinds of modern gadgets that make living extremely comfortable. The interior design has been adapted to the apartment by the lake in a bright and contemporary way. A king-size box-spring bed invites you to end an active day in Brandenburg nature comfortably. In addition, our guests can expect delicious teas and Nespresso coffee.

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

The cozily furnished apartment, located in the Spreewald, between Lübbenau and Lübben, has a separate courtyard entrance with parking. You can barbecue in the sitting area The quiet location and the private courtyard are particularly suitable for families with children. 5 minutes to the baker... The apartment has a TV, radio, toaster, kettle, stove, fridge, coffee maker, central heating and complete basic equipment of the kitchenette. The connection to cycling trails is ideal.

Small but nice!

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

In the spa and recreational resort Lübben (Spreewald), your spacious, private accommodation is located 3km from the centre of Lübben! The apartment is carefully maintained and kept clean by us. A relaxing night's sleep is guaranteed in the cozy king-size bed with ambilight. In addition, a pull-out sofa bed and a single bed can accommodate up to 5 people, if it can be adventurous. Private kitchenette, bath/shower, TV and Wi-Fi! Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Ein abschließbarer Schuppen für Fahrräder steht Ihnen zur Verfügung. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gasthäuser, Häfen, die Spreewald Therme und das Reha-Zentrum. WICHTIG Der Kurbeitrag beträgt 2 Euro pro Person/Nacht - ab 18 Jahren. Diese ist vor Ort in Bar zu zahlen.

The vacation apartment is located in a house newly built in 2017 with separate access to the 1st floor. It is a contactless stay with check-in via key box possible. We are happy to welcome our guests ourselves. The property is only suitable for 2 people and not suitable for children. Deviations from the set minimum stay can be agreed via a request. The property is not accessible.

The comfortably furnished apartment has 75 square meters. It has free WiFi and is equipped with all necessary things. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a spacious living room with large corner sofa for extra beds, a separate kitchen with a stove, oven and dishwasher, a bathroom with bathtub, and a dining room with book corner and board games.
