Our family of 13 had an amazing Christmas/ new years getaway. Cynthias home is beautiful and was accurately described on the site . There was enough room for all of us to sleep comfortably and enough sitting areas that we were not crowded in anyway. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable . The kitchen was stocked with everything we could’ve ever required plus more, I think it was our favourite space to hang out in overlooking the water . The location was picturesque and had the weather cooperated would’ve had ample outdoor activities. We enjoyed watching football , lounging by the fire and playing pool . Cynthia was very helpful and prompt with every question that I had and made us feel welcome . Thank you for a memorable family new years .

Maria’s cottage was perfect for our family of four, including two teenagers! The cottage was spacious and clean. Outdoors was absolutely beautiful with various seating areas - a patio with tables/chairs, Adirondack chairs around a fire pit, picnic bench closer to the lake and then more Adirondack chairs right on the dock with a gorgeous view of the lake. The cottage had various outdoor sports/leisure items (kayaks, volleyball, badminton etc). Indoors there were cards, colouring books/crayons, novels etc. All of these made for a fun few days through rain and sunshine. Communication with Maria was timely and kind. We all had a restful and enjoyable 3-4 days at Maria’s cottage and would highly recommend it!! Thank you!!

Kim was really communicative and good about making sure we had everything we needed for the weekend. Easily reached, easy to work with. We spent the weekend fishing/snowmobiling and the location was very good for access to Lake Nipissing. Fishing is always good on the South Shore. Space was spacious, clean, multiple bedrooms. Kitchen well stocked. Everything you need.

Highly recommend this place. It was beautifully decorated and lots of attention to detail and a wonderful welcome basket. We have family in Sudbury so we plan on staying here many more times in the future.

This was our second stay at John's place and we'll be coming back again next year. John is always friendly and helpful and the house is a perfect size for two families. It's a beautiful location with a nice deck and lots of space for kids to play. Thanks again!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, beautiful views all around with great trails to walk right off the cabin driveway. We even had some deer run past us on our hike. We enjoyed the cozy space in the cabin, exactly as expected with the accurate pictures Adam took. Adam gave us some recommendations of where to check out in the area, they were great suggestions. Highly recommend asking him for suggestions if you have anything specific you’d like to see. Overall it was an amazing stay, peaceful, beautiful views, cozy cabin, we would definitely go again in a few years.

This Cottage is perfect for a group of 8! beautiful inside and out with an incredible view of the lake, sunrise and sunset. Kitchen is fully equipped and then some! host was friendly and helpful with any questions we had. the lake is down a hill and some stairs so must have great mobility if wanting to access the lake. We enjoyed our Easter 2025 very much and even enjoyed a fire outside with the wood provided which was very appreciated! would definitely rent again. thanks to the wonderful hosts!!! Highly recommend!

Fantastic place to stay. Don’t worry about the cold nights in the winter as the wood stove will make the cottage toasty warm with lots of hard wood in the shed. Large parking area for trucks and trailers. Place is newly renovated inside and out. Quite location in the winter. Will be going back for sure !
