Ferienwohnung Strauß - At the heart of Franconia

In our multi-generational house we rent a separate, fully furnished one bedroom apartment. It is possible to place the beds in the bedroom separately, furthermore 1-2 people can stay on a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchenette is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. If you need any special utensils, please feel free to contact us! On the adjacent terrace, a separate sitting area invites you to sit.

Farm apartment 1 - Gate to Paradise - 1 bedroom

In the middle of the wine village of Weigenheim is our apartment with about 35 square meters, perfect for two people. Ideal starting point for cycling or hiking in the beautiful wine paradise of Franconia and the Steigerwald. A feeder to the Jacobsweg leads through the village. Rothenburg, Würzburg and Dinkelsbühl and Feuchtwangen can be reached in less than an hour by car. Nuremberg in about 1:15 hours.

Whether by bike, on foot or by SUP, along the Main you can spend many beautiful hours. Also the cities of Würzburg and Rothenburg as well as countless small Franconian wine villages are nearby.

Historic locksmith tower

The Schlosser Turm is part of the old city fortification from the 14th century. It is centrally located in the village and parking is available on site. Wi-Fi is also installed in this historic tower. The tower has been completely renovated and is available for booking from September 2020. It's an exceptional place to stay in the beautiful Tauber Valley.

Cozy attic apartment on the 3rd floor

The cozy 1 1/2 room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our house. We are very keen to make our guests feel comfortable, so we have changed a lot in the last year and, among other things, bought a new, wider bed, replaced the couch and created a reading corner that can quickly be modified into a second bed in the other room 😊
