The house with 100 m² living space has 3 bedrooms, two of them with access to the balcony, where you can relax in the evening with a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset. 1 bathroom and additional guest toilet, beautiful living room with dining area, Swedish stove, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a table football and a dartboard in the basement.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world."
