Directly opposite is a lake for swimming. There is a lot for children to do and play on the farm.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

The spacious loft lies in between a lovely village and the river Inn, very close to a swimming lake. It offers to its guests various possibilities: those who love cycling, going for a walk, spending their holidays in the nature and those who want to explore all the sights will find their perfect place here. Many interesting cities are very close. After renovations on the house in 2023 we will again open for guess in 2024.

Dear Guests, we rent out a two bed apartment between Burghausen and Simbach/Braunau. The 35m² apartment is equipped with the following: Two single-beds, a small lounge, a bathroom with a shower and toilet within the apartment, a TV and free Wifi. Additionally , there is a fitted kitchen with a stove, a fridge, a mirco wave and a kettle. The bedding, towels and dishes will be provided.
