Sundhouse is located in the heart of Alsace between Colmar (35 km) and Strasbourg (45 km). You are close to the Wine Route with its authentic villages, Germany and its Black Forest and Europa-Park (25 km) with its new water park. You will be spoiled for choice with a multitude of sites to visit and discover in the surrounding area. If needed, our village has a restaurant, bakery, butcher-caterer, small supermarket, pharmacy, doctors, bank dispenser, etc.

We offer to welcome you in a pretty and typical Alsatian house of 70 m2, completely renovated in 2017 with all modern comforts for 4 people and 1 baby in a quiet and relaxing environment. Ideally located in the heart of the Alsace Wine Route, 20 minutes from Strasbourg, 10 minutes from Obernai, 50 km from Europa-Park amusement park in Rust, Germany and 30 km from "Le Champ du Feu" ski resort in Bellemont. Pleasant decoration and quality of services.

Charming house located about 15 miles from Strasbourg, near the Wine Road and numerous medieval villages and castles. From the unique red-granite Cathedral de Strasbourg, to the Maginot Line, the Fort of Mutzig and Molsheim's Bugatti car museum, Europe's turbulent centuries are on display. Please note: 2 bedrooms don't have direct access to a hallway. You have to go through another bedroom. (See last photo of the layout of the house).

Adjoining our house, you access it through a private entrance. From the house, you can enjoy nature through many hikes and you are a short drive to all amenities. Our studio is also a privileged place for remote work: our co-working space is accessible
