Our cottage is cozy and cozy, it is located on the top of Neuviller la Roche, a green and peaceful village, ideal for 2 couples with children, you will enjoy a breathtaking view and you can admire sunrise and sunset on the balcony or in the garden. The chalet consists of 3 bedrooms, one on the mezzanine, 2 with a double bed and one with 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and separate toilet, fully equipped for babies, barbecue area.

Ideally located in the heart of the Alsace Wine Route, 20 minutes from Strasbourg, 10 minutes from Obernai, 50 km from the Europa-Park amusement park in Rust, Germany and 30 km from the "Le Champ du Feu" ski resort in Bellemont. From the unique red-granite Cathedral de Strasbourg, to the Maginot Line, the Fort of Mutzig and Molsheim's Bugatti car museum, Europe's turbulent centuries are on display. Please note: 2 bedrooms don't have direct access to a hallway. You have to go through another bedroom. (See last photo of the layout of the house).

The house overlooks a large terrace with a covered part for the dining area. It also has a garage with a car charging station.

New 80 m2 wooden chalet, single-storey and perfectly equipped, accommodating 4 to 6 people. The 5-star cottage, located on the heights of Dabo, enjoys magnificent views of the valley and is a starting point for hikes.
