We really enjoyed our 1 night stay here en route through Spain. The staff were so accommodating and lovely. Nothing was too much bother. The food was lovely and they were so accepting and accommodating with our Ridgeback Delilah. We would definitely return if we do the road trip again.

Great house with garden just a short walk away from the city, in the mountains. The hosts are lovely and attentive from before check-in, offering very useful information, to the end. They take care to resolve any small issues that may arise and to renovate and complete the details of the house. We had a fantastic few days

A good house also for a longer stay. From the village you can reach Cordoba in 20 minutes; Seville, Granada, etc. are about the same distance (just under 2 hours). The house is cozy, especially for a larger group, several lounges. The pool was cleaned and refilled daily and Enrique was very kind and ready for individual requests more towels, delayed departure).

The experience of booking in La Casa Cuartel is wonderful from the start. Javier takes it very seriously that you feel comfortable and you are an expert not only in the accommodation but in the area and surroundings. Thank you The house is an oasis, quiet, functional and beautiful. With a view directly to the sierra and the beautiful facilities of the house, with all kinds of luxuries and amenities. It will certainly be difficult to forget the days we have been installed.

Simply put, we spent a few days in the paradise. The accommodation is an ideal place in the middle of nature to disconnect, but very close to the City. Totally recommended. Gregorio a super host.

We were a family of three generations with 4 children, 8 and under. We all had a wonderful, relaxing time. The large, spectacular pool was ideal for adults and children and the small shallow area allowed the youngest children to play safely. The veranda provided welcome shade for breakfast and lunch and a magical setting to dine, overlooking the illuminated pool and garden on balmy evenings. The house was spacious and well equipped, including a large barbecue in the garden, and the air-conditioning was effective. Ana was welcoming and responded quickly to any requests. Temperatures reached the high 30s most days, but we avoided the mid afternoon heat and took full advantage of the warm evenings. Castro del Rio is very different from the coastal tourist hotspots but has several restaurants, a couple of supermarkets and a picturesque centre around the castle. Cordoba and large supermarkets are a short drive away. We would love to return!

Beautiful spacious garden with lots of seats. We were partly of the time with 6 people and the space is definitely big enough for that. Also lots of kitchen stuff. House gets warm with the wood stove and very nice that the wood is provided. We had a very nice time in this stay. A car is a must to get there. Very friendly hosts. Recommended!

We loved our stay at Carmen’s place. It was very peaceful, but with easy access to the natural park where we made several trips to spot lynx. The villa had everything we needed. We cooked for ourself the whole time, and spent a lot of time sitting around the beautiful pool area. We loved Carmen’s 3 dogs too :) We hope to come back one day soon.

The surroundings of the house is very beautiful and the explosion of spring was an enjoyment for our family. Walking in that area was completely pleasant. Daniel was prompt and kind and his house meets the needs that may arise.

We had a great weekend at Trasierra's house. Fully equipped and very welcoming, the fireplace at this time is an extra point. We would repeat again.

The house is very well equipped and very clean. The photos on the web don't do the reality justice because it surpasses it. All bedrooms have its own bathroom. It's a charming place surrounded by nature. The hosts are very attentive and helpful from the moment. A highly recommended place to stay.

We were a finde with friends, in total 9. There was enough space to be well in the living room with the fireplace, dining and playing board games. Good atmosphere to enjoy with friends. The spacious rooms and with the two bathrooms enough for the 9. It has a very large patio where you can, in our case, have a drink at noon. In summer it is probably given more use. It had everything I needed to cook. It is located in a good area as it is quiet and the area to visit monuments is not far away on foot. Supermarkets nearby to not go loaded from home with food. Recommended to spend a few days with good friends.

Villa Solana has been perfect for spending a few quiet days with the family. The house is spacious and has everything you need to enjoy the facilities: the pool is great and much larger than we expected, the two very quiet garden spaces and the ideal porch for meals/dinners and BBQ days (great the whole bbq facility they have😊). Although Ana Maria and Antonio live on the upper floor, we have enjoyed total privacy. In addition, they have always been attentive and willing to assist us if we need it, hosts of 10. We hope to be able to do this again.

My family and I were very comfortable in the house. The house is as outlined in the description. The kids really enjoyed the sports court. The BBQ area is great for enjoying the day and the fireplace gives a cozy climate. It has archon freezer, bottle maker (very useful to be able to use the refrigerator for food only) and refrigerator with freezer. It has everything you need to feel at home. We would definitely repeat it.

Quiet place, no noise and no houses around. Perfect to disconnect for a few days. Maria Dolores was very helpful at all times, giving us flexibility in terms of check-in and check-out times. The house is quite spacious and has everything, we didn't miss anything. It provides bath gel and towels. Everything was very clean and well cared for. We will stay here again and recommend this place

The house is very nice to live outside. The swimming pool, terrace (giant), and other elements such as the ping pong table etc.. are a plus. The neighborhood is very nice - we even walked around. Communication with the agency is perfect. Nothing to say. Thank you very much Francisco

The house is very nice, great for large groups. It's very spacious, bigger than it looks in the photos, and is perfectly equipped with everything you need (towels, sheets, various utensils in the kitchen...), maybe the oven a little small but can be used without problems. A very quiet area, no noise is heard. Paqui has been a wonderful host, always at our disposal. It's been a complete success.
