Our property sits on 4 acres of tranquil countryside at the top of the verdant Dordogne valleys. Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

The beautiful 'Le Petit Chateau', at 'La Tuilerie de la Roussie', originally built in 1551 is entirely yours to enjoy. Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

This luxurious apartment on the ground floor of a magnificent 17th century building, recently restored, features a living room with open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub overlooking a private courtyard with its pond and garden table. The marriage of stone and wood gives this place a taste of the past, its air conditioning will bring you the comfort of today.

The LA GRANDE MARQUE estate offers a 3Ha tree-lined garden, a shared swimming pool (June to mid-September), and a tennis court in a green setting. Ideally located, you can discover the classified villages (Sarlat...), prehistoric caves, castles, and go hiking, canoeing. Not suitable for children under 8 years old.
