My partner and I stayed at Nina’s apartment and absolutely loved our time there. We had originally booked another AirBnB for our time in Marrakesh and when we arrived there we were very disappointed as it wasn’t what we were expecting. Due to this we decided to book somewhere else which is when we found Nina’s apartment. Nina was very understanding and helpful even though we messaged her very late on in the day asking to stop at the property. The apartment is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood close to the new city in Marrakesh with everything close by that you would need. The apartment itself is lovely and spacious, the highlight for us was the large balcony that got the sun in the morning. It had all the amenities that we needed for our stay and was lovely and clean. The only small issue we had was the water pressure in the shower was very weak at times, mainly in the afternoon but this didn’t bother us too much. Nina was a great host who met us on our arrival and was very help

I had a great stay in Marrakech. The place was very nice – clean, peaceful, and comfortable, just as described. What really made the experience special was the extra support I received from the host; he was kind, responsive, and always willing to help when needed. I’m truly grateful for the hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and authentic experience in Marrakech.

What I particularly appreciated was the ideal location of the apartment, close to everything, Guéliz, the train and bus station, the supermarkets, and much more. We really had everything on hand. I recommend it without hesitating!

stunning villa. big and nice. The cinema is a real plus with access to netflix and youtube. the location is very good - outside Marrakech and close by car. we were able to park our cars without any worries: 1 inside and the other on the parking driveway. the place is monitored. Jamel is very responsive and attentive. Rachida is a great cook too. great experience - which I would recommend and would do again.

My friends and I had a great time in Marrakech and enjoyed our stay in the villa Zahra! It had all the amenities. The host and the helpers were super quick to respond and solve any issue. We had delicious breakfast made for us two days. We appreciated the flexibility from the team and would recommend this villa to others 😊

Hind was very friendly and welcoming. We got lost on our way from the bus stop and she came to pick us up with her car. She helped us with recommendations for eating since our visit was during Ramadan. Hind also brought us soup after sunset when they broke fast. Cant thank her enough for a wonderful stay in such an authentic place.

The Riad was perfect, well arranged and tastefully furnished. The neighborhood is very safe unlike others and easily accessible by taxis or walking from the square. Zakaria and Zahra were very responsive to our requests and extremely welcoming. Zahra took us on a trip by offering new things for breakfast every day. Thank you and see you soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Rouge over Easter in April 2025. A family of five plus my parents, we had plenty of space indoors and out. The two pools (one heated) were perfect for both warm and cooler days. The large, beautifully kept garden gave the kids lots of space to run around, play football—and even spot a few tortoises! The house is spacious and comfortable, with multiple areas to eat, play games, and relax, including a big projector for evening movies. Yassine was responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Jamila, the housekeeper, was a superstar—she went above and beyond and even cooked meals for us as an optional extra. The owner also called from France to check in, which was a lovely touch. The villa is about 20 minutes from the Medina and 10 minutes from a large supermarket, so we'd consider a car essential. We’d happily recommend Villa Rouge to others, and hope to return. A dream stay in a villa that truly offers a lot! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this stunning, spotless villa. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with the lovely scent of Natus, Moroccan tea, and fresh cookies. Such a thoughtful touch. The kitchen was well-equipped and had a great coffee machine. Our private chef, Madame Assiyah, made the experience extra special. She was kind, caring, and cooked exceptionally well. Her daughters Sara and Ayaa were also very helpful and spoke great English. The breakfast buffet was a delight, and the villa had it all: a clean, well-maintained pool, towels in all rooms, spacious bedrooms, a relaxing garden, and easy music casting. Laundry access was super convenient. The kids loved the game room (so did we), and the cinema room was perfect for cozy nights. One note: there are outdoor security cameras, including one facing the pool. This wasn’t mentioned clearly, which made some guests uneasy at first, but it was for safety. Highly recommended

Hey ! Hicham was great 👍 communicative & very helpful. Always answer his phone & he always was around ready to help . He offered pick up from the airport- waiting for me on time. Nothing was a problem for him . Very happy with my accommodations.

Mourad is a nice host, responsive, kind and has good advice. They also make you feel comfortable and always available when needed. The accommodation is very well located in the center of Guéliz. Many restaurants and entertainment are nearby. The apartment is clean, warm tastefully decorated. The decor as well as the furniture are local, it's just beautiful. The latter is very well equipped (hair dryer and straightener available...) and very comfortable, the terraces are a plus, much appreciated! Upon our arrival, fresh water and local pastry awaits us a real pleasure Mourad has everything in mind 😆 The concierge is on top. Concierge available 24/7 and present. The employees are very kind, always smiling, caring and at your disposal, especially Mohammed very very nice! It's very nice. I really recommend visiting this wonderful city and staying at Mourad's place with my eyes closed! See you soon ✌🏼

For me the best accommodation I have been in I felt like at home I have received me with Moroccan sweets I felt like at home the apartment quite clean and spacious had everything until playstation TV plasma the apartment renovated the rooms clean the kitchen with all the amenities the area is quite clean and its people very hospitable I will return as soon as possible since the guy has been attentive at all times and very friendly a 10/10 I recommend it 😍🥰❤️🇲🇦

A very professional host who also manages multiple properties. We ordered transportation to and from the airport, which worked well. During our stay there was no problem – everything flowed smoothly and carefree. We are very pleased with the overall experience.
