My partner and I stayed at Nina’s apartment and absolutely loved our time there. We had originally booked another AirBnB for our time in Marrakesh and when we arrived there we were very disappointed as it wasn’t what we were expecting. Due to this we decided to book somewhere else which is when we found Nina’s apartment. Nina was very understanding and helpful even though we messaged her very late on in the day asking to stop at the property. The apartment is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood close to the new city in Marrakesh with everything close by that you would need. The apartment itself is lovely and spacious, the highlight for us was the large balcony that got the sun in the morning. It had all the amenities that we needed for our stay and was lovely and clean. The only small issue we had was the water pressure in the shower was very weak at times, mainly in the afternoon but this didn’t bother us too much. Nina was a great host who met us on our arrival and was very help

Das Apartment ist eines der schönsten, welche ich über Airbnb gemietet habe. Sauber, gut ausgestattet und zentral gelegen. Moderne Ausstattung, z.B. USB-Anschlüsse an den Steckdosen, was das Leben erleichtert. Ausreichend Badetücher, Bademäntel, Shampoo und Seife im Badezimmer, selbst Hausschuhe lagen zur Verfügung. Das Wachpersonal, sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Kommunikation mit Arno war sehr angenehm. Schade, dass ich meinen Aufenthalt nicht verlängern konnte, da das Apartment bereits ausgebucht war. Ich wäre, Arnaud, wie du mitbekommen hast, gerne zwei Nächte länger geblieben:) Gerne bis zum nächsten Mal

I had a great stay in Marrakech. The place was very nice – clean, peaceful, and comfortable, just as described. What really made the experience special was the extra support I received from the host; he was kind, responsive, and always willing to help when needed. I’m truly grateful for the hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and authentic experience in Marrakech.

Un grand merci à Oumayma pour son accueil ! Tout était parfait et très tranquille, exactement ce qu’on recherchait. Ce que j’ai particulièrement apprécié, c’est l’emplacement idéal de l’appartement, proche de tout, Guéliz, la gare ferroviaire et routière, les supermarchés, et bien plus encore. On avait vraiment tout à portée de main. Je recommande sans hésiter !

superbe villa. grande et agréable. La salle cinéma est un vrai plus avec accès à netflix et youtube. l'emplacement est très bien - hors Marrakech et proche en voiture. on a pu garer nos voitures sans souci: 1 à l'intérieur et l'autre sur l'allée de parking. l'endroit est surveillé. Jamel est très réactif et à l'écoute. Rachida est une super cuisinière aussi. super expérience - que je recommande et que je referai.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Khadija, Fatima et Saïd ont été super avec nous. Très réactif, la maison toujours propre, les repas étaient délicieux et d’une grande gentillesse. La propriétaire avec qui nous étions en contact était super. Toujours réactive malgré le décalage horaire. Elle répondait à toute nos questions et toujours a trouver des solutions. Le seul bémol est le bruit des travaux et la piscine non chauffée ( prévu d’être fait par les propriétaires ) En conclusion un top séjour. Merci.

Hind was very friendly and welcoming. We got lost on our way from the bus stop and she came to pick us up with her car. She helped us with recommendations for eating since our visit was during Ramadan. Hind also brought us soup after sunset when they broke fast. Cant thank her enough for a wonderful stay in such an authentic place.

Le Riad était parfait, bien agencé et meublé avec goût. Le quartier est très safe contrairement à d’autres et facilement accessible en taxis ou à pied depuis la place. Zakaria et Zahra ont été très réactifs à nos demandes et extrêmement accueillants. Zahra nous a fait voyager en proposant chaque jour de nouvelles choses au petit déjeuner. Merci et à très vite.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Rouge over Easter in April 2025. A family of five plus my parents, we had plenty of space indoors and out. The two pools (one heated) were perfect for both warm and cooler days. The large, beautifully kept garden gave the kids lots of space to run around, play football—and even spot a few tortoises! The house is spacious and comfortable, with multiple areas to eat, play games, and relax, including a big projector for evening movies. Yassine was responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Jamila, the housekeeper, was a superstar—she went above and beyond and even cooked meals for us as an optional extra. The owner also called from France to check in, which was a lovely touch. The villa is about 20 minutes from the Medina and 10 minutes from a large supermarket, so we'd consider a car essential. We’d happily recommend Villa Rouge to others, and hope to return. Thank you, Yassine and Jamila for a wonderful stay!

A dream stay in a villa that truly offers a lot! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this stunning, spotless villa. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with the lovely scent of Natus, Moroccan tea, and fresh cookies. Such a thoughtful touch. The kitchen was well-equipped and had a great coffee machine. Our private chef, Madame Assiyah, made the experience extra special. She was kind, caring, and cooked exceptionally well. Her daughters Sara and Ayaa were also very helpful and spoke great English. The breakfast buffet was a delight, and the villa had it all: a clean, well-maintained pool, towels in all rooms, spacious bedrooms, a relaxing garden, and easy music casting. Laundry access was super convenient. The kids loved the game room (so did we), and the cinema room was perfect for cozy nights. One note: there are outdoor security cameras, including one facing the pool. This wasn’t mentioned clearly, which made some guests uneasy at first, but it was for safety. Highly recommended

Exceptional all around, if you’re lucky enough to come across the property, then book it! Apartment was as described and has everything you need plus more, it has great concierge team who are always smiling and happy to help especially Mohammed, who always took the time to make sure we understood his reply to our questions despite the language barrier. Mourad is also exceptional host, again he went above and beyond, he was kind enough to let us check in early which we really appreciated as we were traveling with kids, always quick to reply and his recommendations of a private driver, trips to Agafay Desert and Valley and where to eat, were all amazing!

Would definitely recommend staying here. Was very clean and private and very nice decor. Decent location - walking distance from medina and restaurants in the area. Nouzha is very nice

Para mí el mejor alojamiento en el que he estado me he sentido como en casa me han recibido con dulces marroquís me he sentido como en casa el apartamento bastante limpio y amplio tenía todo hasta playstation televisión plasma el piso reformado las habitaciones limpias la cocina con todos los servicios la zona bastante limpia y su gente muy hospitalaria volveré lo antes posible ya que el chico ha estado atento en todo momento y muy amable un 10/10 lo recomiendo 😍🥰❤️🇲🇦

En mycket professionell värd som även förvaltar flera fastigheter. Vi beställde transport till och från flygplatsen, vilket fungerade bra. Under vår vistelse uppstod inga problem – allt flöt på smidigt och bekymmersfritt. Vi är mycket nöjda med helhetsupplevelsen.

Pasamos unos días muy agradables en el apartamento, es amplio y agradable. Estuvimos muy a gusto y seguro que volveremos. Adoro la ciudad y me gustaría volver dentro de poco, seguro que vuelvo a reservar en este apartamento. Muchas gracias por todo.
