The Bau House is really a great place to stay where we felt immediately comfortable. Everything matched the description and the pictures. Anyone looking for accommodation near Oristano is very well taken care of here. Daniele was super nice, helpful and had useful recommendations. Would recommend the place to anyone.

We really enjoyed the days in Michaela's house. The house is very cozy, has everything you need and is located directly on the beach and surrounded by a beautiful garden. Michaela and her mother are very warm, accommodating and extremely attentive hosts. Highly recommended! Thank you for everything!

We had a perfect vacation in Marco's house. Everything matched the descriptions and photos in the listing. The house is situated in a beautiful garden with outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with Weber grill and separate laundry room. The kitchen is superbly equipped, the mattresses in the bed very comfortable! We were able to have all meals on the beautiful, quiet terrace. Very good starting point for excursions to the south of Sardinia! The beautiful beach can be reached within 1 minute and allows long walks on the beach. Marco is a very accommodating, helpful host who always responded within a few minutes. We will be happy to come back !!

Very nice house, two blocks from the beach. From all rooms you can get to terraces. The bus right on the beach runs into town every 20 minutes. Heating in all rooms, we were there in April, that's already good. Good amenities, everything is there. Some old pans could be replaced. Supermarket within walking distance. A few nice chairs in the garden would still be great. And thank you to Daniela for the great care when checking in and out and the many tips.

We were a family group of 6 and had a lovely time relaxing in this great villa- the sunsets from the veranda are particularly beautiful. The beds, bedding and blinds make for a good night’s sleep! Kitchen well equipped, bathrooms good. We swam in the amazing (chilly) clear blue sea from the villa over to the nearest beach in about 15 minutes, the same time as walking along the rocks. Consider bringing a tow float/dry bag for towels etc if you want to do this - the beach bar serves delicious, reasonably priced lunch food, ice creams and drinks. There’re several day trips possible (we hired cars), &the buses seemed regular - but the place is so nice that we spent a lot of time there (also many places were closed as we visited pre-season). Paolo is a really brilliant host- so informative and responsive, but not intrusive. Thanks Paolo for a magical holiday!

Vincenzo is super nice! His apartment is pleasantly different from the standard furnishings, we liked the surf style. The low room for children is great and the sunset from the balcony is brilliant. Glad to come back!

The apartment is well located for people who want the sea and beautiful maritime scenery. The beaches are huge and it is possible to walk along the coastline. We saw beautiful sunsets. It was November. It's not the tourist season. The small supermarket was closed. The beach restaurant was open and we ate well there. For people who want to stroll on the beach and swim, this place is great in summer, when the water is still warm. To visit the area, this place is far away. it's a bit long by car to get to a first city. It takes just under 1 hour to reach Arbus. Visiting nuraghes or Cagliari require a lot of time by car. Carmen is very inviting and friendly. It makes a delicious bread.

The Sea Window was exactly what we needed. The home was clean, comfortable, and with all the comforts, including the dishwasher. But the real highlight is the beautiful view of the sea and the sunset, which accompanied us every night during dinner. The surroundings are green, quiet, and perfect for relaxing walks. We couldn't have asked for more. We had a small problem with the water, but the owner was very responsive and resolved it within a few hours. Also, after we left, we noticed that we forgot a pair of sunglasses - they were found and helped us get them back. Really positive experience.

The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, there is a supermarket about 200 meters away and some pizzerias and bars about a 10-minute walk away. The pool is really very large, the door to the sea is fantastic and the sea is great for a refreshing dip or snorkeling. The accommodation is very comfortable, and there is a large living room from which you can see the sea. Anna Rita and Riccardo were great hosts always available for any request or information.

Clear check-in instructions are provided. Previously received many videos and photos for access to the apartment and for the "correct" use of the apartment. The location is great, super nice sunset from the balcony or from the sea. The apartment/studio is small but very well equipped. Small kitchen, well suited for simple menus cooking.

Great host. Very proactive and very responsive to our questions. The house was as described and matched the pictures. Only a few steps to the beach. Lovely pool that our children really enjoyed in particular.

Dalia is an exquisite and kind person. The apartment is a relaxing place with a beautiful view from the terrace, especially out of season, on an island that is a real gem. We spent a few days of our honeymoon there and honestly it was never so worth it, we hope to be able to return. We spent 15 days of vacation here in August. We were 3 couples of friends on vacation with no daughters. The house is just like the pictures. Very cozy. Fixed a small double problem at check-in (with the towels provided to each guest), everything went smoothly and perfectly. Wonderful location with sea views and very convenient direct access to the beautiful coves of Porto Sa Ruxi. The outdoor shower in a garden overlooking the sea is very much! Definitely a home and a location to recommend! The host was accurate and punctual and always ready

A great house right near the beach. Excellent facilities and what wasn't in the house, you'd never need! So well stocked with appliances, supplies. Rezearta made lots of recommendations and was quick to respond to any queries.

Great stay at Cristina's, who was from start to finish a considerate, welcoming, responsive hostess... at the top what! Well equipped, clean, tastefully furnished accommodation, superb garden and the jacuzzi is the cherry on the cake... You can stay at her place, in this apartment or the second one she offers, with your eyes closed. Thanks again!

I highly recommend Andrea's house, a nice little house, with everything you need. It is a maximum of one minute walk from the beach. For me personally, the contact and exchange with Andrea was a highlight. He was great and felt constantly available, gave us super many tips and even invited us to a friend. It felt like a friendly relationship from minute one! Even when we had a medical emergency, he called the hospitals, inquired and helped us great. Dear Andrea, Thank you for the wonderful time and see you very soon!

We stayed at Davide's place for a week, and it was the best stay I had at an Airbnb. Davide was extremely accommodating, smiling, friendly and took her time to visit us and give us recommendations of things to do even after her mother came to drop us the keys. a big thank you to her too for hosting us. Nice attention from them, they left us a bottle of wine and traditional Sardinian bread. the apartment is spacious with 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an air conditioning, an outdoor shower in the inner courtyard, perfect for the return from the beach which is located directly at the exit of the apartment. A lot of mosquitoes but all entrances and windows are equipped with screens. Few tourists (compared to the north) so easy to park in front of each day, beautiful beaches very close and central position so convenient for a daytrip. I can only recommend staying there!

We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable in this little paradise. The house has a large and well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a smaller room, as well as a small bathroom. Everything very clean and functional, but not so advantageous for people over 180 cm. The location right on the beach and so close to the water is priceless. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea, swimming, snorkeling, walking along the beach for hours, that's pure vacation. There is also a lot to explore in the area, as well as great restaurants, good shopping, everything great. Our highlight was certainly the visit of the dolphins on the first day, while we enjoyed our aperitif on the veranda, two animals frolicked in the bay, indescribable. We were there at the end of the season, the bars/cafes on the beach were already closed, there were hardly any people left. We returned home completely happy. THANK YOU Valentina and Enzo!

A beautiful stay! The house is actually even more beautiful than in the photos. Alessia welcomed us warmly (including Sardinian specialties) and gave us many great tips on excursions, restaurants and shopping opportunities. The apartment is perfectly equipped, very family friendly, with toys, extra blankets and everything you need. You can tell right away how much love is in every detail. When the kettle didn't work on arrival, Alessia brought a new one the next morning. Very accommodating! The garden invites you to linger, including charcoal grill and foosball. Many thanks to Alessia, Christian and Daniela – we felt like family, incredibly comfortable and welcome. We will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend the place! A presto! Tip: The property is about 30 minutes from Cagliari airport. Ideal starting point to explore Sardinia with a rental car.
