È una soluzione ideale per adulti, ragazzi e bambini grazie al grande giardino (circa 5.000 metri quadrati) separato in varie zone, relax, giochi, amache, calcetto, ping-pong, calcio balilla, freccette, conigli (che gironzolano per i prati), cavalli, etc. Una piccola piscina. Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.
