This cosy and relaxing house is located in a small village in the Allier (03, Auvergne Rhône-Alpes). Beautiful walks in the area: Allier River 5 km away, Tronçais Forest 20 km away. Near us, the Lurcy-Lévy circuit (5 km) or Magny-Cours (25 km) for racing enthusiasts. You will also be about 1 hour from Le Pal Park, only 40 km from Moulins and its stage costume museum.

You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

The river Allier is within walking distance, enjoy beautiful nature, old towns, wine estates, markets with good food or flea markets.
