Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

The environment is very quiet and conducive to change of scenery. Many walks are possible nearby. The ski resorts of Camurac or Mijanes-Donezan are only 20 minutes away, as is the Daniel du Lac de Belcaire climbing hall. There is a grocery store in the village.
