Apartment surrounded by greenery just a few minutes from the centre of Marsala and the Stagnone. An independent apartment is available, created from a larger structure, immersed in a large 2000 square metre garden with pine trees, olive trees, citrus trees and relaxation corners. Also ideal for kite-surfing enthusiasts, thanks to the possibility of ample space to recondition equipment. The location is strategic: about 10 minutes from the centre of Marsala; about 10 minutes from the equipped beaches of the south coast; just 2.5 km from the Stagnone Reserve and the main kite-surfing schools; easily accessible from Trapani-Birgi airport (transfer available on request). It should be noted that the structure is located within a circuit of narrow streets typical of Marsala's urban planning. Description of the accommodation (about 50 sqm): Living room with fully equipped kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and cot and two private bathrooms with shower. Wooden annexe with washing machine and outdoor shower Relaxation area reserved for guests under two centuries-old olive trees, with deckchairs, coffee table. Possibility of barbecue. The garden is shared with the owner and 4 dogs, and the property can accommodate up to 3 people. Blacksmith's workshop

In ancient times, the house was a blacksmith's workshop with his small adjacent home. Recently renovated in a contemporary style, it has become a two-story residence of about 80 square meters. On the ground floor is the living area with the dining table, kitchen, bathroom and a wine pantry, reached by a wooden staircase with staggered steps. A second black iron staircase leads to the intermediate mezzanine where the study is organized. The balustrade becomes the worktop and overlooks the double height. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. The floors are in resin-coated concrete and part with tiles in recycled cement paste; the upper floor is finished with parquet. Particularly unique are the vintage furnishings, the lighting of the rooms and the contemporary art paintings by a young Sicilian artist-designer. The house is equipped with winter and summer air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV and dishwasher. A few kilometers away is the beach of Porto Palo (Blue Flag) with the possibility of boat trips, ultralight flights and bike rentals. Nearby, less than a 25-minute drive, you can play golf at the beautiful Golf Verdura Resort. The most important archaeological sites of Sicily are easily reachable: Selinunte (15 minutes), Cave di Cusa (25 minutes), Segesta (45 minutes), Eraclea Minoa (40 minutes) and Agrigento and "Scala dei Turchi" (50 minutes) To visit: the city of Sciacca, Sambuca di Sicilia (Borgo più bello d'Italia 2016), the Literary Park of Tomasi di Lampedusa in Santa Margherita (15 minutes), the "Cretto di Burri" in Gibellina (30 minutes), the Stagnone di Marsala (Mothia), the Saline and the city of Trapani, Erice (all about 60 minutes by car) The city is well connected to Palermo's Falcone Borsellino and Trapani Birgi airports, both within an hour's drive.

Large apartment for exclusive use

The house is located in an optimal position that allows you to reach all the places of interest in the Province of Trapani in a few minutes: fifteen minutes by car from the beaches of Trapani and from the boarding point for the Egadi islands. In a few minutes, Erice, San Vito Lo Capo, Scopello, Zingaro Reserve, Segesta, and Castellammare del Golfo can be reached for suggestive excursions. In about thirty minutes by car, you can also reach the Stagnone of Marsala, a place of excellence for kitesurfing.

L'Azzurro apartment

Nel borgo più antico di Valderice, "San Marco", in una zona molto tranquilla e ventilata trovate "l'azzurro apartment". La casa é molto fresca, in quanto le mura della zona sottostante sono fatte in pietra che tiene fresco in estate e da tepore in inverno, la cucina in muratura é ben attrezzata, due bagni uno per ogni camera. La costa più vicina é a 5km. É situata in un posto ideale per raggiungere Trapani e le saline, S.Vito lo Capo ,Scopello,Segesta...
