For us, it is the perfect recreational oasis in the city with the most beautiful nature right outside the door, and easy access to the water via the swimming bridge. At the same time, there is plenty of city life on Aarhus Island with theater, cafes, restaurants, shopping and water sports just around the corner. The apartment is on 2 floors with a private entrance and views of the bay and Ris Skoven.

The apartment is on the first floor overlooking the forest and the river valley. Access to the garden in the forest edge and the possibility of walking in the forest. Free parking and the house is a 10-minute walk from the bus connection to Aarhus city center. No pets allowed.

It gives peace of mind to write, read, play, enjoy and reflect. We have had the house since 2016, and in 2023 we built a brand new architect-designed house on the property.
