The home consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor of the manager's residence for Hårby Dairy. Private entrance and free parking. The house was built in 1905, there are wooden floors and high ceilings in all rooms. Bedroom with double bed and space for a cot - Living room with dining table and 4 chairs, sofa bed with 2 beds, TV, Wi-Fi, books and games - Kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, - Bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine. Nice and spacious annex of 30 sqm in rural surroundings. Close to the highway, so you can quickly get to Skanderborg, Silkeborg and Aarhus. Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

The house is really nicely located on the plot with a fantastic view over the passage of the seasons in Mols Bjerge. Here you get a taste of the charming "old" Juelsminde. The house was built in 1929. In the front shop, I run a small cozy hairdressing salon, and in the “house” garage, our adult daughter runs a flower shop🌺, while the newly renovated back house + first floor houses the 74 m' holiday home. In the flowery garden, there are two terraces, so both morning coffee and evening barbecue can be enjoyed in sunshine.
