This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. It´s located within 20 minutes walking distance from the city centre of Sigtuna.Small beach and boat dock to use within 70 meters from the cottage. Your own private bathroom with shower is not located in the cottage. it is 10 steps away in the basement of our main house. You have your own door and come and go as you like.
