Lovely peaceful house ideally located 10 minutes from Mérignac airport, 20 minutes from the Bassin d 'Arcachon and the city of Bordeaux and 30 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean from its Doctors vineyards. Pleasant new house of 110 m2. You will enjoy a beautiful living space with its equipped kitchen open to the living room with its pool table, arcade game station, a pretty garden with its outdoor terrace. Air-conditioned house and bathroom with balneotherapy bath. Enclosed and secure parking.

Pretty little new air-conditioned house, located in a very quiet location. Ideal for a couple with children looking to relax and visit the Aquitaine region (15km Bordeaux center, 20 mins Bassin, 30 mins Cap Ferret, Lacanau and Arcachon). Close to the Pessac/Mérignac service areas, the accommodation is ideal for business trips. The private garden with trees has a pretty exotic wooden terrace allowing you to have a quiet lunch/dinner/aperitif close to nature.

Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Nice bright little fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a short walk from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!
