Мы отдыхали в этом доме три дня с компанией друзей и остались в полном восторге! Дом светлый, чистый, очень уютный и со вкусом обустроенный. Расположение — отличное: рядом аэропорт и центр Юрмалы, при этом тихо и спокойно. Территория ухоженная, с красивым садом, мангалом и летней кухней — идеальное место для отдыха на свежем воздухе. Внутри есть всё необходимое: посуда, полотенца, туалетные и кухонные принадлежности, даже мелочи вроде ватных дисков и таблеток для посудомоечной машины — всё предусмотрено до мелочей. Бассейн теплый (24–25 градусов), сауна большая, ухоженная. Мы пользовались ей по два раза в день, а счет за воду и электричество приятно удивил — он оказался совсем небольшим. В доме прекрасная шумоизоляция — даже громкая музыка не мешает тем, кто отдыхает в другой комнате. Планировка очень удобная, никто никому не мешал, даже когда оставались гости. A lovely large comfortable house with a huge garden which the children loved. Ideal for a family holiday with activities suitable for all ages within easy reach, by car, train or foot. Forest Park with 'Go ape style' ropeways at 4 levels, from 4yrs - adult, with a net park suspended from the trees for younger children. Waterpark, 15 minutes by car. Beach, 10 minute walk through the pine trees. play park, 10 minutes walk. Lots of lovely restaurants/takeaways in the centre of Jurmala. Trains into Riga, every 15 minutes - 2€.

Host owner Leva is notably passionate about her Airbnb business. Appliances and sanitary ware are of a good standard. A/C in living area and large bedroom a godsend in 28c. Two sizeable bathrooms offer a large bath and/or shower cubicle option. Internal staircase may challenge older guests. Stair gate for youngsters. Decor is clean and bright with ample lighting and sockets. Wi-Fi, Netflix TV and alarm. The BOT taxis collect from the gate usually within a few minutes. Attractive food hall market nearby. Property can be combined with downstairs. A large wooden decking balcony overlooks garden and basks in sun. Front bedroom has some passing morning traffic but elevated beds are a novelty. The rear bedroom has a dormitory feel with several single and one double bed. Leva has good English and has compiled a detailed album of Riga’s attractions and restaurants. The driveway can be dusty so Leva’s shoes off policy is good. Stairs to the upper floor may prove challenging for older guests.

Paikka oli loistava isommalle porukalle. hyvät tilat ja riittävästi makuupaikkkoja. Ainoastaan ruokapöydän puuttuminen oli pieni miinus. Aamupala tarjoilut onnistui hyvin baaritiskillä ja disko tilan pöydillä.

I recommend! It’s very nice and cosy and clean! We decided to book in the evening, but still were able to take the hot tub. Would definitely come again!

Paldies par burvīgo māju, servisu, komunikāciju. Māja ir ļoti gaumīga un stilīga. Noteikti ieteiktu šo vietu draugu pasēdēšanai. No mīnusiem varu minēt to ka baseina udens bija drusku par siltu, karstajā laika īsti nesanāca atvēsināties. Net trakākais bija tas ka atpūtu sabojāja kaimiņš kas dzīvo aiz žoga, viņam traucēja ieslēgts džakuzi , traucēja mūsu sarunas, traucēja mūzika, mēģinājām runāt bet cilvēks vnk neklausīja un ieslēdza zāles pļāvēju - kurš radīja troksni un smirdēja ar benzīnu jo tika novietots praktiski mums blakus. Mājas saimniekiem būtu vērts izrunāties ar kaimiņu, brīdināt ka būs viesi, lai turpmāk šādas situācijas neatkārtotos, jo mums tad sabojāja noskaņojumu.

Hohes Maß an Gastfreundschaft und angebotener Unterstützung. Angeln im Hauseigenen Fisch- und Schwimmteich war kein Problem. Klopapier und Trinkwasser, inkludiert, so viel, wie wir brauchten. Gab es Probleme, wurden diese zeitnah gelöst. Um die Pflege des Whirlpools wurde dich Proaktiv gekümmert. Wir bekamen tolle Empfehlungen für die Gegend. Ideal für größere Familien oder gemeinsam reisende Freunde.

The cabin was thoughtfully decorated and well-stocked with all the supplies necessary for a great sauna get-away. We hope to come back some time!

Egita ist sehr nett und hilft immer sofort. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Bilder, alles perfekt. Man muss nur wissen das sie sehr ruhig und abgelegen ist. Danke für die tolle Zeit. !

Ļoti skaista, ainaviska, klusa vieta. Īpaši atsaucīgi, jauki saimnieki. Kubls bija superīgs.

Kopumā atpūta “Holandiesi Holiday House”bija lieliska. Māja bija tīra, ērta un viss nepieciešamais atpūtai bija pieejams. Vienīgais mīnuss bija tas, ka informācijā par naktsmītni nebija pieminēts, ka līdz jūrai no naktsmītnes nav iespējams nokļūt ar kājām. Lai tiktu līdz jūrai bija jāmēro aptuveni 4km garš ceļš ar auto. Tomēr, ņemot vērā visu pārējo, es noteikti ieteiktu Holandiesi Holiday House visiem, kas meklē mierīgu un atpūtīgu atpūtu skaistā vidē.

Great location next to the city centre and also in middle of the nature. Really peaceful place. Renars was very welcoming and helpful, we hope to visit again in future :)

Great place. Beautiful and peaceful. We had a great time. Some minor problems that i believe are going to be fixed by the time of another guest stay. We saw an ant problem (were not able to eat outside because of it) and some flexibility issues with firewood for sauna that still confuses me. Other then that the place is great and i highly recommend it

We stayed in this house with our family and really loved it! The design is beautiful, everything was very clean, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the details. The kids were so happy to find sweets waiting for them, and there was champagne for the adults—such a nice touch. It was great that the hot tub and sauna were included in the price, and we could use them whenever we wanted, heating them up ourselves. The playground was fantastic—our kids didn’t want to leave the trampoline or the ping pong table! Inside the house, there are lots of games for the whole family. We found playing cards and dominoes and had a lot of fun together. The location is also perfect for walks. In just about 10 minutes, you can reach a lovely sandy beach. The hosts were very nice. We didn’t chat much, but whenever we had questions, they answered quickly. We are definitely thinking about coming back again
