Lovely, spacious and clean apartment in quiet neighbourhood. I would definitely recommend. Apartment number 8 was in the first floor equipped with everything you need in short term or longer stay. There is an elevator in the building but you still have to use few stairs since the elevator is in "between" the floors. Small balcony in the second bedroom. Parking according availability in fenced inner yard (extra charge). EuroPark parking place also in the neighbouring lot. Small grocery shops, cafes, restaurants and Origo shopping center within walking distance. Also the Old Town within walking distance. Host (Ilze) was really helpful and answered quicly to all messages.

The location is perfect, it’s in the middle of the old town and just nearby the dome. Also it’s very very clean, with sufficient equipment and extra linens and pillows. Anyways, highly recommend!

Great apartment, close to local public transport. the exterior of the building is fantastic and is a great place to stay for a short break to Riga. All the amenities you need were provided and beds were comfortable and clean. Would recommend. Thanks to Lolita and Tom.

the flat has a great location. Nearby you have shops, supermarket, a shopping center, training station and bus station; In addition to this you are 5 minutes walk from Old Riga, the heart of Riga. The flat has got everything and the beds are very confy. Windows at the ceiling. As the host has said in the flat description there are 5 floors and no lift. The stars are quite tiring, but no a problem for me really. The host was super kind and the infos fast and clear.

Un très grand appartement, au 4ème étage avec ascenseur, dans un immeuble situé juste en face la porte d'entrée de la Cathédrale, calme, les fenêtres donnent sur une petite rue, bien chauffé. Je n'ai pas rencontré mes hôtes mais l'entrée dans les lieux s'est parfaitement déroulée. J'y reviendrais volontiers si l'occasion se présente.

We had a great stay in Inesa‘s flat. Andris was super friendly, waited for us with umbrellas to show us where we could park our car and accompany us to our flat. He had good ideas about what to do in Riga 😊. The flat war small but had everything we could ask for. Highly recommended 👍🏽😊

We loved our stay in this wonderful home. It was so bright and thoughtfully furnished, and a really well-designed flat. The furniture was comfortably great and it was a peaceful place to chill out. We spent a week in Riga and the surrounding area, and although we were out much of the time, the flat was a welcoming sanctuary at the end of the night and we slept very peacefully. It is quite an easy stroll from the 22 bus (under 10 minutes) and we did get a 5 day tram/bus pass, but barely used it as everywhere is pretty walkable from the flat. Found some lovely bars further out and didn't venture into the old town much, so we will have to return to explore more. The parks were great and plentiful. We caught the train to the beach and the wonderful long boat back along the beautiful river. We also caught the train to the forest one day and did a walk there. Loved Riga and this is a perfect base.

In totaal heb ik hier bijna twee maanden verbleven en vanaf dag 1 tot de laatste dag voelde ik mij helemaal thuis. De vrouwelijk eigenaar was altijd beschikbaar voor al mijn vragen. Daarnaast werd ik ook voorzien van activiteiten tips en als ik iets nodig had kwam ze dit brengen. Het appartement is in een prachtige rustige omgeving, waar je fijn kan wandelen. Daarnaast zijn de openbaar vervoer voorzieningen op 5min loopafstand waardoor je binnen 25min in Riga centrum bent. Bedankt voor de geweldige service en ik zal dit verblijf zeker aanbevelen aan vrienden.

Except for the lack of light in this apartment (the other ones could be different), everything was perfect ! Great staff, I'll come back.

Мне очень понравилось жить в этой квартире, особенно потому что в ней есть ванна и достаточно большой бойлер что бы вода всегда оставалась горячей. Понравился интерьер, чувствовала себя как дома. Квартира находится в тихом, спокойном районе Риги рядом с парком, ресторанами, красивой архитектурой. Отличное место!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is great with convenient parking right outside, which made things super easy. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Riga is a beautiful city, and this apartment made my visit even better. Highly recommended!

Мы снимали комнату в двухкомнатной квартире. Все понравилось. Тепло, чисто, опрятно. В кухне есть все необходимое: посуда, плита, микроволновка. Есть стиральная машина, фен, утюг. Предоставлялись полотенца, шампунь, гель для душа. Очень приятные хозяева, всегда помогут, если есть какие-то проблемы. Хозяйка подробно рассказала, как найти кафе, магазины, остановки общественного транспорта, музеи. Дом находится в 20 минутах пешком от ж\д вокзала.

Perfect place in a perfect location! Great for two people. We walked everywhere easily but the public transport options are great too. It was peaceful and in a good neighbourhood. We were very comfy and grateful for a responsive host making us feel welcome. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. Would recommend Jevgenija’s house for anyone doing a short stay.

Excellent location for active people. Old Town, train, buses, shopping center. Everything very close. The host is polite, quick response and inform about events in the city. Takes care about cleanliness.
